Battlefield 1403 Covid-19 Site Guidance

We are continually monitoring the Covid-19 situation and will update this guidance as and when necessary.

In accordance with the latest Government guidance, face coverings are once again compulsory inside the Farm Shop, Visitor Centre buildings and when moving around in the Café.

We operate a one way system in and out of the Farm Shop.

Hand sanitising stations are provided for all visitors to the buildings.

Staff will all be wearing the appropriate PPE and have been trained to ensure cleaning is done correctly.

Our risk assessment is available for your viewing if you wish.

Site specific

Collections of orders from the shop until 4pm Monday to Saturday.

We have the following measures in place – in addition to our usual day to day cleaning and health & safety systems – to ensure your safety at Battlefield 1403 during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Hand sanitising stations positioned at the entrances and inside the building for your use.

Extra hand sanitising facilities behind the scenes for our staff.

Fresh face masks are available for our staff when and where needed.

Additional checklists for staff cleaning and sanitising including handles and other frequently touched surfaces.

Risk assessments have been done and continue to be carried out to effectively manage the risks to you and our staff.

We are able to take contactless payments (the new maximum limit is £45 per transaction).

Our staff are here to help and will respect your space and safety at all times.
