Site guidance for your safety

We operate a one way system in and out of the courtyard, shop, café and visitor centre.

Customers are required to queue in the designated areas to the shop and café.

Track and trace (regardless of vaccine status) is required of all customers to the café.

Hand sanitising stations are provided for all visitors to the buildings.

Customers cannot go from shop to café or vis versa, re queuing in the courtyard will be required when necessary.

Staff will all be wearing the appropriate PPE and have been trained to ensure cleaning is done correctly.

Customers are required to bring their own protective equipment if government guidance requires.

Our risk assessment is available for your viewing if you wish.

Collections of orders from the shop until 4pm Monday to Saturday.

We have the following measures in place – in addition to our usual day to day cleaning and health & safety systems – to ensure your safety at Battlefield 1403 during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Hand sanitising stations positioned at the entrances and inside the building for your use.

Extra hand sanitising facilities behind the scenes for our staff.

Shields on the tills.

Fresh face masks are available for our staff when and where needed.

Guide markings on the floor to ensure social distancing is adhered to.

Additional signage to guide you while on site.

Additional checklists for staff cleaning and sanitising including handles and other frequently touched surfaces.

Risk assessments have been done and continue to be carried out to effectively manage the risks to you and our staff.

We are stocking up shelves and replenishing the shop periodically during the day at quieter periods.

Door supervisor in place to control footfall at key times. Customer numbers in the buildings will be monitored at all times to ensure space is available to provide 2 metre distancing.

We are able to take contactless payments (the new maximum limit is £45 per transaction).

Our staff are here to help and will respect your space and safety at all times, observing the 2 metre rule.
