Christmas Menu Now Available!
Sparrow's Cafe has now put together its Christmas Menu for 2008. This will be available from Monday 1st - Monday 22nd December for parties of 10 people or more. Christmas lunches will be served in the Battlefield Visitor Centre providing a private dining venue with a difference!

Starters.
Butternut Squash, Carrot and Ginger Soup,
Chicken Liver Parfait with Cranberry Relish,
Garlic Mushrooms on Toasted Herb Bread.
Main Courses.
Roast Shropshire Turkey served with Apricot and Thyme Stuffing, Bacon Roll, Roast and New Potatoes, Fresh Vegetables and a Rich Turkey and Cranberry Gravy.
Salmon Fillet served with a Lemon and Watercress Hollandaise, New potatoes and Fresh Vegetables.
Caramelised Red Onion and Goats Cheese Tart served on a Herb Salad with a Balsamic Dressing.
