The annual medieval encampment at Battlefield celebrates life as it was at the time of the Battle of Shrewsbury.  Our local re inactment group, the Battlefield Bowmen, set up camp where they sleep under canvas for the Friday and Saturday nights.  During the day an arena is set up where different displays and demonstrations take place from archery and combat to music and dancing.
