The Beef and Lamb are reared on our own farm, part of the Albrighton Estate

Our team of experienced butchers provide a courteous, friendly service. They can cut any meat to order and are happy to offer advice on any of your butchery requirements. The daily displays of trimmed, portioned, stuffed and prepared cuts are very impressive.

The butchery provides the meat used for the daily menu in Sparrow’s Cafe as well as all the roasts on Sundays.

National Barbecue Week 31st May - 5th June!  As well as all the favourite cuts of beef, lamb and pork, we have eight delicious varieties of sausage to suit all tastes, five different burgers including ¼ pounders, chilli burgers and pork and apple burgers and a range of meat and chicken kebabs - all ready to put straight on the barbecue!
